The services provided by SKelly’s Spinal Flow and Massage, including massage therapy and Spinal Flow sessions or classes conducted by SKelly, are intended to promote relaxation, wellness, and balance through gentle, touch-based techniques. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional, and clients are advised to consult a physician for any medical conditions prior to booking.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

SKelly’s Spinal Flow and Massage is committed to providing high-quality massage therapy and Spinal Flow services in a safe, professional environment. By booking a session or class, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Cancellation Policy: Your health and the health of all of my clients matter to me. To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, I ask that you provide at least a 24 hours notice to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change, reschedule, cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charge 100% of your service. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to illness, please contact me right away and we will reschedule at no charge.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking through our external booking platform (Vagaro). Refunds are not issued for services rendered unless otherwise specified.
Client Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior during sessions or classes. SKelly’s Spinal Flow and Massage reserves the right to terminate services for inappropriate conduct without refund.
Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to sessions or classes to ensure safe treatment. SKelly’s Spinal Flow and Massage is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
Liability: SKelly’s Spinal Flow and Massage is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during sessions or classes, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Privacy: Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website. Booking data may be processed through Vagaro, subject to their privacy terms.
Changes to Terms: These terms may be updated periodically, with changes effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
